Admin & Renewal Generalist

Job description:We are looking for a accountable Administrative Generalist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support directly to the General Manager, assisting in daily office needs and managing company’s general administrative activities.Job responsibilities:Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.Monitor and follow-up renewals.Assist in the preparation and request for quotations.Update and maintain office document includes but not limit to clients and agents.Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.Requirements:Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, shredders.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Ability to prioritize work.Good written and verbal communication skills
