PHILIPPINE ASSISTLIFE MANPOWER CORP. (PAMC) formerly Philippine Assistlife Foundation,Inc. is a duly POEA licensed agency founded and organized to operate as Sending Organization, in tapping the skilled Filipino workers for possible training in Japan. 

PAMC is extending every effort to give the Japanese Language training assistance for free to qualified Filipino trainees who wants to seek opportunity to be work in Japan. To Pre-qualify entry to Japanese Language training, PAMC requests applicant’s information and authentic documentation of their credentials and should possess the following basic qualifications which the Sending Organization follows and implements.

These requirements are as follows:

1. Filipino (male/female)

2. 20-28 years old for male

20-26 years old for female

3. Has passed the trade test related to his/her field of industry/ skill applying for.

4. At least High School Graduate / Vocational graduate / college undergraduate

5. Has skill and knowledge in basic technology

6. Presently employed (at least 2 years)

7. Physically and mentally fit
