Qualification

The 6% discount on select accommodations is exclusive to Workbank E-Card holders. Workbank Candidates must show their E-card and a valid ID upon booking with Agoda. Please also send your digital card when booking online. Kindly refer to the E-Card usage mechanics for a list of accepted IDs.

Promo Period and Perks

1. Promo period is between May 1, 2022 to May 1, 2023.
2. All Workbank users with active E-Cards can take advantage of the Agoda exclusive offer.
3. By using the E-Card, the bearer can get a 6% discount on select accommodations with Agoda.

Mechanics

1. Reach at least 90% profile progress and upload your CV on your Candidate account to get your Workbank E-Card. An in-platform notification and automated email will confirm the activation of your digital card.
2. Book any accommodations with Agoda thru: www.agoda.com/workbank
3. Present your Workbank E-Card along with any valid ID and the promo code to avail of the gift discount.

Terms and Conditions

1. A Candidate is a member who has a verified Candidate (Job Seeker) account in www.workbank.com.
2. A Candidate can take advantage of the exclusive offer from Agoda.
3. The Candidate must present both the E-Card and a valid ID upon ordering. Otherwise, the Candidate won’t be able to get the discount.
4. E-Card terms and conditions apply, which includes terms related to use, misuse, and abuse of the premium perk.

Terms and conditions with Agoda

1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The promocode cannot be resold.
2. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items or fixed price items.
3. The Promotion is valid for bookings on the Site concluded within the stated Stay Period.
4. The Promotion is available to eligible Workbank’s users. Eligible users must enter the eligible promocode to enjoy the Promotion.
5. The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked “Promo Eligible” in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at: www.agoda.com/workbank.
6. The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
7. Bookings on the Site are not eligible for gift cards.
8. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering the eligible promocode.
9. The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time. In the event of any ambiguity in these General terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with Agoda’s interpretation.
10. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
11. All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
12. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda will not be liable to you in connection with the promotion, the Privilege, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter.
13. Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
14. If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.
