SCOPE AND RANGE:
-Assistant Corporate Sales Manager would be under the supervision of the Corporate Sales Manager / Sales Manage, leads in delivering revenue sales from corporate accounts, large or small and from any market segment.
-Customers are corporate and government organizations and sales may be domestic or international, or a combination of both. Manages Customer Lifecycle in a given area/industry/channel to achieve sales and development objectives in ways that optimize returns from WAV investments while strengthening a Service Culture that delivers on the service promise of WAV.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:
Achieve market share and revenue targets for the area by translating the broad area strategies into specific sales objectives, strategies, programs and action plans that fit area/industry/channel opportunities and trends; accounts for the implementation of sales saturation in the area to contribute to over-all performance.
Cultivate mutually beneficial strategic and commercially viable partnership with customers and other channel intermediaries that expand opportunities for sales and revenue. Establish trusting, mutually beneficial relationships as this drive sales, sustainability and growth, as well as customer loyalty and repeat business.
Work with internal groups to deliver on WAV's customer service promise to improve service efficiency, quality and delivery to ensure customers satisfaction consistent with WAV.
Develop programs and initiatives that meet customer preferences in support of availability and control leading to competitive advantages in his or her area versus competing products and services in the in sensory branding industry (in store radio, scent, interactive media, hardware, etc.)
Ensures best possible planning, execution and management of resources in accordance with business strategies and guidelines (regional budget management, manpower, project execution timelines, and cadence)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY :
Achieve sales, market share and revenue objectives for WAV’s products and services.
Utilize a cogent understanding of the business of the industry assigned to derive programs and initiatives which create differential route to market advantages for WAV versus competing products and services in the market.
To generate leads and derive market information to define segments and segment specific projects as well as opportunities for channel tie-ups to improve acquisition quality and expand brand share in the area. Lead the implementation of field sales standards to ensure area coverage and cadence are consistently applied in accordance with basic call procedures and area coverage.
Manages and facilitates internal sales processes and corresponding dependencies to achieve optimal sales execution and increase leads to sale conversion; recommends and/or implements leads generating initiatives to stimulate demand at the channel level.
Take accountability for the consistent application of operational and administrative standards and processes in his/her area to maintain efficient operations. Drive adherence to organizational processes and standards in his/her team through personal example, reviews, checkpoints, callouts and feedback.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
-Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a competitive industry (Telco, FMCG, Network and Agencies and other B2B Sales)
-Graduate of Management, Marketing, Hospitality or Public Relations (courses preferred but not required) / any business course.
-Preferably living within Metro Manila
-Must be willing to report in Makati City (Near Makati Medical Center)
