Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Admin manager, facilitates the preparation of documents needed by the branch for its day to day operations.
Prepares and facilitates branch’s daily bank to bank transactions.
In charge of preparing for local company's equipment documentations and releasing process thru company’s Broker.
Helps the HRD to monitor and update employee’s records such as employees 201 file.
Monitoring and payment of utility bills.
Collate SRF for billing purposes and prepares Sales Invoices.
Performs as canvasser for tires, batteries and lubricants and also office supplies.
Prepares Purchase Orders for materials such as parts, equipment sourced from local suppliers.
Prepares payments for local suppliers.
Maintains Company records and files
Perform other duties directed by the Admin, Finance and HR department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Dependable and can work with minimal supervision
Highly conscientious and service oriented
Must be knowledgeable with MS tools and computers and operate communication devices with ease
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Office Location: 168 Ouano Ave., North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Mondays to Saturdays
Willing to work ASAP

Branch Officer
