  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries  

  • Diffuse the frustrations of an upset customer looking for a satisfactory solution to their concerns 

  • Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries 

  • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty  

  • Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market 

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues through e-mail, memos, voicemails, etc. 

  • Adopt best practices from experienced CSRs and leaders to enhance customer experience 

  • Available to work in the following timeslots: Saturday to Sunday (8PM to 1PMNL)   

 

Here’s what you’ll need: 

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills  

  • General PC knowledge 

  • At least a High School Diploma, any field 

  • Sales and telco experience, preferably, but not required 

 

You’ll fit right in if you have: 

  • The sincerity for being a customer advocate and willingness to go the extra mile   

  • An interest in providing customer support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat, email, voicemail, etc.   

  • A desire for exciting and fast paced work on the customer service floor

Our Story

Established in Canada in January 2016 and opened doors in Taytay, Rizal as a captive offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) contact center in August 2016, we expanded our business model to include IT development and shared services in 2017. Quantrics has quickly established itself as an employer of choice in the Philippines and celebrated the opening of a second location in Naga in January 2018 and our third location in San Mateo in February 2019. 

We started with our core service focused on Customer Call Center Operations. We help Bell Media operate the country’s top media brands and is a leading investor in Canadian content creation. Over the years, we have expanded to include Bell's shared services support, and have diversified to I.T. and Software Development, such as mobile app and web development, and blueprint programming.
