An exciting opportunity has become available with a fast-growing creative and design company for the role of Finance and Admin Officer. The position is based in BGC, Taguig City.
- responsible for all financial and related administrative matters of the company, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Maintaining accounts general ledgers.
- Processing monthly payroll
- Management of cash flow and preparation of monthly cash flow projections
- Management of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- General office administration.
- Monitoring of Leave Credits
- Responsible in managing legal business documents
- Being flexible, adaptable and available to take on other tasks or duties as requested by the CEO
- A graduate of Accounting or related course
- at least 3 years experience as finance an admin
- Have high levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity, and flexibility.
