The main duty is to conduct financial planning & offer financial solutions suited to their needs via Remote Selling or "No touch" selling.
The career can be done as a Part time or Full time, with or without an employer.

You can have 2 types of income:
Effort-based compensation (earn as much as 50,000-100,000 a MONTH in commissions)
MONTHLY performance incentive (10,000-50,000 for consistent performers)
Additional Incentives including:
Quarterly Cash bonus
Yearly Cash incentive
Local and international incentive trips

Responsibilities
- Performs all production/selling activities at a level determined by the Company using company’s generated Sales materials, proposal systems, etc
- Completes all FREE training programs to develop soft and technical skills necessary to sell Sun Life products
- Sets personal production goals at a level commensurate with the Company’s minimum standard
- Exhibits a professional image within the branch demonstrating a positive and caring attitude, and a winning mentality
***INTERVIEW WILL BE DONE VIA ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE***
Main Duties
- Deliver proper financial planning to prospective clients thru needs-based analysis (remotely)
- Perform prospecting of clients on a regular basis
- Attend monthly team meetings (digital during Community Quarantine & in person after lifting of Community Quarantine)
- Attend trainings and seminars on Financial / Insurance practices
- Provide solutions/recommendations to solve client’s financial needs
- Commit to a lifetime service to clients and their family
- Must be able to commit 2 hours per day for Part-timers

Basic Requirements
- Must have a personal laptop or ipad (6th gen onwards)
- Must have a WIFI at home with fast internet connection
- Must be located in Metro Manila
- At least 2 years work experience (in any field)
- Sales experience/experience is not necessary but a plus
- Must be willing to do field work after lifting of Community Quarantine
- Must have a flexi-sched with current employer (for part-timers)
