Sitel Philippines is looking for a People and Culture Supervisor to support strategic transformation based on organization needs. You will execute transformation and people programs to ensure employees are maximizing their employee experience. The overall goal is to execute and manage people programs. This individual will execute these goals by collaborating with leadership and colleagues to create and execute programs that address the needs of the organization and will develop skills, advance careers, drive diversity, and enhance their contributions and value to Sitel Group. •Facilitates enablement sessions with business stakeholders as part of large transformation programs to obtain buy-in from key stakeholders and senior management.•Handles the end-to-end responsibility of people and culture programs, including evaluating organizational needs, creating and executing people strategies and programs to address needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of those solutions.•Partners with the different HR teams to draw up project plans and ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource, and policy

Responsible for meeting contact center weekly and monthly goals.May be responsible for monitoring associates’ quality of phone and/or non-voice interactions, as well as tool usage to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and first call resolution.May be responsible for monitoring associates’ compliance to business rules and processes, and reporting them for feedback.May be responsible for reviewing associates’ sales outputs to ensure their quality and validity, reporting any breeches identified.May be responsible for completing monitoring forms, including comments detailing associate performance and saving all results in the database for review and reporting.May be responsible for reviewing customer satisfaction surveys for all clients and service types, complaints and commendations, tracking them onto a database to produce reports.Responsible for providing insights and making recommendations for quality improvements for manager/supervisor to coach their teams.
