RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE

Source active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels to meet hiring needs.Post job ads through different recruitment channels.Ensure the company’s presence is highlighted by posting creative and compelling job campaigns.Conducts initial and behavioral interviews.Endorses qualified candidates to clients and assists on the next hiring process.Provides timely feedback to candidates. Answers inquiries, follow ups, concerns of candidates.Maintain candidate records and document all interactions in the applicant tracking system.Submits individual daily report on performance.Meets key performance indicatorsCollaborates with client POCs in identifying the details of the requisition, the qualifications and job descriptionPerform other duties when necessary.RequirementsGraduate of any 4-year course or has relevant experiencePreferably with 1-2 years of recruiting experience.If shifter, must have experience in sales / marketing.Proficient in MS Office applicationsStrong command of the English language both oral and writtenCandidates must be customer-oriented, highly organized, and detail orientedCandidates must be highly flexible to increasing/changing demandsCandidates must be proactive with good problem-solving skillsCandidates should be able to work independently, with minimal supervisionAmenable to work on holidays and on weekends if necessaryMust have at least 10mbps of internet serviceMust have own laptop/desktop (will be given asset upon regularization)
