The Ad Ops and Yield Manager will develop and oversee the implementation and operations of osaleaur programmatic selling strategy with the ultimate goal of significantly growing revenue in the programmatic space. He/she will run and optimize our company’s advertising campaigns and revenues in accordance with our company’sgoals, and help ensure that our clients’needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
He/she is expected to have terrific knowledge of digital display advertising, native advertising, ad networks, DSPs and SSPs, RTB, Programmatic advertising, DMPs, and other digital advertising concepts. He/she will need to master and navigate the different technological platforms required to maintain daily ad operations andmust understand the technology and processes behind our company’s products and revenue strategies, including the company’s financial strategies, operating models, and costing processes.
This person will need to partner with our Sales team and manage key connections with advertisers, buyers/trading desks, ad agencies, DSPs, SSPs, internal clients, and other parties involved in display media and audience-buying. This person will also work closely with management to provide executive-level reporting on key metrics of the business, including volume, pricing, yield, and overall performance. Additionally, the Ad Ops andYield Manager will need to be proactive in identifying potential opportunities and foreseeing issues with our processes and systems,relying on his/her extensive experience and judgment to explore and resolve requirements in campaign delivery, for example, as well as evaluate effectiveness of past and current campaigns and optimization techniques. He/she is expected to prioritize deliverables across different simultaneous and complex campaigns based on company and partner requirements.
The Ad Ops and Yield Manager will also work directly with Sales, Content, and Tech teams to understand and implement campaign requirements on the front-end, guide optimization within and across campaigns to meet client objectives, and translate the resulting performance and insights back to our clients.
