YOUR ROLE
Be part of one of the biggest technology companies in the world! We are looking for young and techie professionals to provide efficient technical support to our diverse clientele. Your tasks will include troubleshooting printers and basic software navigation.

· Completed at least 2 years college education
· At least 6 months BPO experience is required
· Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and technology concepts
· Can communicate in English
· At least 15mbps internet speed and workspace suitable for work-at-home
