Technical Support Representative

 Agents will be responsible for receiving inbound calls, emails & chats and troubleshooting customer issues with the goal of utilizing available tools to provide single call resolution and maintaining the utmost customer satisfaction. The agent should be articulate, patient, and possess the ability to explain a wide range of technical concepts to customers of varying degrees of aptitude while maintaining a pleasant dispositionProvide customer support through technical competence and effective communication skills.Provide “best in class” customer experience on every customer interaction.Troubleshoot the customer’s problems using the tools provided and troubleshooting knowledge.Utilize superior multitasking and communication skills to simultaneously employ numerous resources to research and resolve customer issues promptly.Able to identify and escalate customer issues with empathy.College Undergraduates are welcome to applyPreferably with BPO Experience but not required.Must be currently residing within NCR

 QA analysts work to determine the root cause of defects to prevent the recurrence of the issues and quality problems.The quality assurance analyst uses data collected from monitoring and testing procedures to determine the cause of quality issues.Monitor agent transaction for all channels (calls/e-mails/chat) or any back-office work and provides feedback to Operations for improvement.Sets clear performance and quality expectations/parameters for customer interaction agents and supervisors.Ensures the delivery of quality customer service delivered through any channel by the agents.Ensures the consistency of quality and service excellence of Operations to maintain client confidence and loyalty.College Undergraduates are welcome to applyPreferably with BPO Experience.  

The Reports Analyst will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate client and internal reporting relating to center, team and individual for operational performance management. The position requires ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a fast-paced, growing environment.  He/She will be accountable for extracting, preparing, validating and presenting day-to-day reporting deliverables and updating the same as required. The reports analyst will also be coordinating data and reporting needs and efforts with the account owners and BI leadership and help streamline reports and their processes while adding efficiencies and insight. The Reporting Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence.
