The primary purpose of this position is to convert leads and acquire donations from individuals to help deliver the mission of Save the Children. S/he is responsible acquiring donations through the telephone and identifying opportunities to further develop these relationships. This means calling and following up leads, providing them with the opportunity to make a different in a child’s life by becoming a regular, repeat or one-time donor for Save the Children Philippines.
S/he will also provide updates, reports and recommendations to ensure effective and efficient operations, that targets are met and the Tele-Fundraising Program grows and develops in order for the organization to reach more children. The Tele-Fundraiser will deliver on revenue goals through tele-marketing, supporting campaigns / activities of the Individual Giving sub-unit. The Tele-Fundraiser will contribute to the acquiring and retaining individual donors, developing relationships and providing quality donor relations to ensure Save the Children Philippines’ programs are supported. The post will, through experience and training, upgrade and develop as the Tele-Fundraising Program grows and expands its operations.
