Leading Edge is a boutique talent acquisition firm that caters to some of the biggest most progressive and dynamic local and multinational organizations across industries We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator Chemicals for one of our valuable clients URGENT HIRING Interested applicants may submit their resumes to kfuentes leadingexecsearch com or contact Karla at 0917 890 6211 for immediate interview schedule OVER THE PHONE More details will be discussed during the conversation The Supply Chain Coordinator is an important role in the company Its main task is to support the business by executing below responsibilities seamlessly Efficiently and effectively monitors and manages the inventory as well ensuring that the safety stock is maintained Accountable in effectively communicating the inventory levels to the internal stakeholders such as Sales Team FM and CMA Accountable for the product importation ordering and monitoring of incoming shipments Accountable for local purchases as well as processing of expense payables related to supply and utilities Appointed Pollution Control Officer PCO and Safety Officer for the company Actively coordinates with Third Party Logistics and Brokers on the incoming and outgoing goods Effectively monitors and efficiently applies permits for incoming chemicals to the Philippine Drug and Enforcement Agency PDEA and Bureau of Internal Revenue Laguna Lake Development Authority LLDA Department of Environment and Natural Resources DENR Accountable in reporting of Chemical Activities inbound outbound to PDEA and BIR Accountable in efficiently applying local government permits such as but not limited to BOC City Treasurer Barangay Sanitary etc Responsible in expense payable processing such as routing of employee reimbursements utilities and office supplies Coordinates efficiently with Sales Coordinator for sales needs and services Ensure that execution of all end to end business processes are efficient consistent compliant and complete These processes include but not limited to order processing management and fulfilment of drop shipments and other supply activities Ensure efficient consistent complete and compliant end end business processes Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of Vendor Master Data Record Management Help maintaining and developing a proper filing structure and ensuring that the records are well kept and secure This includes customer records permits and certificates Support in quarterly and annual tax filing and support and coordinate Withholding Tax Process Maintain a high level of professionalism to customers and colleagues Maintain moral obligation with high level of integrity to avoid dishonest and questionable practices Fulfil any other duties that may be delegated from time to time Qualifications Graduate of a four year course At least 3 5 years experience in the similar role preferably had worked in a chemical related manufacturer or distribution company Has experience in Supply Planning Inventory Management Materials Management and Purchasing Has experience in processing permits with Government Agencies Knowledgeable in SAP at least 1 year experience Amenable to work in Taguig
