HR ASSISTANT/ JUNIOR ACCOUNTANTJob Description Compile and sort invoices bills and checks Prepare vouchers bills invoices and checks Execute Data Entry operations Verify documents substantiating business transactions Verify and post particulars of business transactions Verify bill discrepancies and resolve with customers Compute and verify totals General Ledger research and reconciliation Reconcile bank statements and other accounts statements every month Prepare reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable statements Execute billing and collections activities Prepare and mail monthly billing statements Perform monthly processing of bills Assist in preparation of balance sheet budgets and projection statements Recruitment & Processing Provide job candidates maintain personnel records obtain temporary staff agencies Post job vacancies thru various media Discuss pre employment requirements with new hires Coordinate with the agency immediate manpower needs Schedule job interviews Conduct initial interview and screening Discuss pre employment requirements Coordinate with agencies for incidents involving their staffs Insurance Process health insurance and other benefits of employees Enroll terminate or process accidental insurance claim Others Prepare and review contracts Update and maintain HR database Timely and consistent monitoring of employment contracts Lates monthly Prepare various memos Perform other duties that may assign from time to time Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in either Psychology/Behavioral Science Human Resources or Business ManagementAt least three 3 years related experience in the field of HR ManagementVery good skills in verbal and written English and Filipino communication coordination interpersonal relations research analysis and computer operation skills
Develop and implement product planning strategies that reach key opinion leaders physicians nurses and other professionals within the medical community to spread awareness and key information about the product and to convey a unified brand image Manage product portfolio including product life cycle planning segmentation positioning and branding for new and assigned products Qualifications Degree Graduate of any four year courseWith at least 5 years of Product Management background in ethical Pharmaceutical industryWith experience in handling Cardio or Pain Ortho productsA Brand builder With proven track record in building a strong franchise and delivery of sales
