As the Online Content Manager you are responsible to help plan and implement our marketing andadvertising activities For this role you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiarwith ways to analyze market research and customers' behavior You should also be able tocreate spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics Ultimately you should help us achieve our business goals through building strong marketing campaigns While some marketing associates might have a role that requires daily administrative duties thisjob isn' t limited to just that You will analyze marketing data and metrics to develop engagingcampaigns and strategies to drive leads generation These campaigns require you to writecompelling content for online outreach and create attractive promotional events with theprimary goal of increasing our clientele The Marketing Manager will oversee a MarketingAssociate' s work Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly This includes but is not limited to field sales enablement demand generation and awareness through outbound marketing messages and campaigns Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to create advertising material e g sales deck testimonial videos white papers infographics and newsletters Conduct market research to identify new opportunities Monitor competitors' marketing activitiesGather and analyze consumer behavior data e g web traffic and rankings Create reports on marketing and sales metrics like conversion rates Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaignsAssist with organizing promotional eventsWhat you' ll bring to the team Strong working knowledge of strategic planning inbound marketing methodology paid search PPC content marketing search engine optimiz ation SEO display advertising and social media Programming experience is not required but technical aptitude is a must Excellent communication and research skills The ability to move across projects quickly organize information and deliver on deadlines in a fast paced environment across a wide range of industries Exceptional skills in promotional writing with an emphasis on content strategies tailored to specific buyer personas Applicants must also be able to purposely develop content that aligns with overall client marketing goals and strategy Requirements Bachelor' s degree in marketing business or any other relevant field preferred Advanced studies in marketing public relations mass communications and/or online marketing 2 years of experience as a marketing associate marketing assistant or a related positionSignificant experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and digital toolsProficient with Microsoft Office and marketing technology applications such as web analytics and Google AdWordsExcellent communication and organizational skills
