We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who will be in charge of accommodating walk in customers assisting in visual merchandising maintaining store cleanliness and order and may serve as a fashion adviser if customers need help/suggestions on what product to purchase Inbounding the items SKUs to be displayed open the boxes checklist the items steam and display them In charge of in store and outside sales revenue and new customers generation Daily shop maintenance Shop will be divided into an area of responsibility to be assigned to different staff for accountability Responsible for shop desktops TVs and tablets every morning and make sure the displays are working as intended Raise any issues with the displays with the Store Manager Welcoming the customer and introducing the concept hand out vouchers if applicable Assist the customer during his / her shopping and fitting experience Coordinate customer returns and exchanges in a seamless manner Assist the customer during the checkout process while promoting partner codes subscription to the newsletter and the app In charge of in store visual merchandising suggestive selling and up selling Assist in driving customers to the store
