As a business development manager you are responsible in maximizing sales growth andaccount penetration within an assigned territory and/or industry You will utilize inbound and/oroutbound techniques to identify qualify and close new opportunities manage accountsthroughout the entire sales process and collaborate with team members in marketing productand operations to cover all customer needs Responsible for understanding the product offerings and competitive issues to develop solutionproposals encompassing all aspects of the application Travels to customer sites to identify anddevelop sales opportunities Participates in the development presentation and sales of a valueproposition Onsite customer presentation with C levels to negotiate and close strategic andcomplex deals Liaises with customer contacts to manage customer relationships identify newopportunities and maximize sales Team player with strong interpersonal / communication skills Excellent communication negotiating and closing skills with customers Generate revenue by directly selling SaaS solutions to Medium and Large enterprises Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotasCollaborate and partner with Sales Admin/Telesales to pursue qualified leads Assist in seeking out qualifying new opportunities in adjacent markets Conduct sales presentations and demos during customer meetings in person or via web and/or conference call Maintain and update Sales Database and/or Contact Management System Possess a full understanding of clients specific decision making and purchasing process Navigate through organizations to leverage cross sell and upsell opportunitiesUse in depth knowledge of industry trends to consult and support prospective customersParticipate in product management identifying markets assisting with the creation of market requirements and bringing customer perspective to product development teams Work with Marketing Manager in the development of marketing initiatives which might include website management press releases brochures attending industry events speaking etc Identify productive trade shows identify proper services to show pre marketing and attend shows What you ll bring to the team Extensive enterprise sales experience at a SaaS companyProven track record selling enterprise solutions into large and complex accounts and over achieving quarterly and annual sales targetsAbility to hold your own in meetings with C suite representatives from prospective partners and speak as a thought leader and visionary in the learning spaceOutstanding ability to collaborate understand and empathize with othersAbility to develop manage and communicate information in a clear and organized manner including managing cross functional relationships to ensure clarity of requirements Huge plus if Ability to organize and summarize technical and marketing information for a technical audience Technical knowledge sufficient to act as initial liaison between internal experts and customer or prospect Requirements 3 years exposure in business to business b2b or SaaS Sales PositionExperience calling and representing professional companies such as technology or software companiesSuperior written and verbal communication skills strong analytical and creative problem solving abilities excellent interpersonal skills organizational and operational skillsEntrepreneurial drive and comfort working autonomously and as part of a team in ambiguous quickly changing environments must be a highly persuasive and artful communicatorMust be 100 up for the challenge of a startup companyPreferably worked with Digital Ad Agencies
