Responsibilities Manage company benefits program based on policies and processes Provides guidance to employees on queries related to company benefits Administer company HMO program and act as a liaison officer between the Company and HMO provider Handles monthly remittance of employees' monthly government contributions SSS PAGIBIG Philhealth BIR Act as liaison with government institutions like SSS PhilHealth Pag Ibig DOLE Process statutory compensation related documents such as Certificate of Contribution Maternity/ Sickness benefit certification reimbursements and others Handles preparation and release of requests for Certificate of Employment COE to active and resigned employees Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks Manage leave benefit administration Provide support to HR in clearance processing Payroll Support Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status change data Filing and Updating of employee 201 files Organize regular orientation on statutory and corporate benefits to keep the employees well informed and educated of their benefits with the company Ensure payroll records are updated and provide summary of employee data reports Prepare government or company loan payroll instructions Manage statutory reporting and preparation of related reports Handles coordination of bank account opening for new hires Ensures resolution of employee requests queries disputes and complaints related to payroll Carry out other work related duties that may be assigned as the business demands Update employee data changes in HRIS and Timekeeping system Respond request for reconciliation & report generation for finance & upper management as needed Respond to employee queries through Supportfirst ticketing tool Qualifications Must be a graduate of any of the following courses BS in Human Resources Business Administration or similar/relevant field Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for at least 3 4 years Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices Good understanding of full cycle hiring process Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations Knowledgeable of the updated benefits under TRAIN Law Hands on experience with HR software HRIS Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research Good in MS Office applications Strong interpersonal and communication skills
