Print prooflist blotter per AccountDistribute of prooflisted blotter per Account for verification oand confirmation. Encode transactions as confirmed with other broker firms. Check daily transaction report from PSE against company's daily transaction records in the back office system. Print corrected blotter and counter check encoding of adjustments based on the initial verified blotter.JOB REQUIREMENTSGraduate of Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any related business course. QUALIFICATIONS : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.Required Skill(s): compliance; financial services exposure ; computer skills (knowledgeable in MS Office)Required language(s): EnglishWilling to work in BGC, Taguig CityJOB DESCRIPTION : Identifying, documenting and assessing the compliance risks associated with the Entity’s business activities, including the development of new products and business practices, and reporting these developments to the CCO;Developing new practices and methodologies for the measurement of compliance risk;Identifying, with the assistance of the CCO or external legal advisors, the regulatory framework which governs and or affects the operations of the Entity, including the creation and maintenance of an up to date register of the existing regulatory framework including evaluation of compliance;Providing immediate information to the senior management and the CCO on any identified breaches of the Compliance Function Policy, or of the applicable statutory and regulatory framework and on any deficiencies in complying with the provisions of the country statutory and regulatory framework;Creation of Country compliance procedures, if required ensuring alignment with Lulu Finance Group Compliance Policies ;Maintaining effective communication with the local regulatory authorities. Developing, documenting, implementing and executing a regulatory compliance program, including AML/CFT;Providing reports on a regular basis, as directed or requested, to keep the Board of Directors and the CCO informed of the operation and progress of regulatory compliance efforts;Liaison with all Departments, either at Global or Regional level, for any queries, or new developments that affect the overall business of the Company;Providing support and proper guidance to Departments, including operations that have queries related to regulatory compliance.Prepare and ongoing monitor the Compliance Framework testing activities within the company;Conducting regulatory compliance reviews on an ongoing basis, and monitors the BSP Audits;Conduct branch visits and test the compliance level of each branch.Attending to the banking requirements of the company including the preparation of documentation requirements for account opening, update of documents for compliance records and facilitate other banking requirements.Attending to (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) BSP correspondence including the processing of BSP license ; preparation and sending of BSP Quarterly Reports ; registration of the staff for BSP AMLA Training ; preparation and sending of CTR and STR to AMLC and other related matters.
Internal Auditor is responsible for:Preparing the annual audit plan and programme ;Conducting planned and short-notice internal audits in a systematic, independent and documented manner;Visiting the Branches Ensuring audits are conducted against defined audit objectives, criteria, and scope within the approved internal audit programme;Prioritising audits based on the results of risk analysis and Lulu Finance Group Leadership Team and/or Committee requests;Reviewing any audit findings with the auditee to ensure their understanding of the issues identified;Preparating the audit reports and timely submission of reports to Head of audit.Immediate reporting of any areas of concern or risk to the Head of Audit;Assisting the Head of Audit in all audit related functionsLiaison with external auditors and facilitate external audits as necessary.Remaining fully independent of the operational aspects of company activities;
