Reports directly to the AM for Engineering and Engineering & Maintenance Manager.Responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating all electrical retro-fitting and maintenance works of LED, billboard and advertising structures of the Company in accordance with approved plans, policies, and in accordance with the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) of the Philippines, with the main goal of ensuring the effectiveness for advertising purposes, safety, electrical integrity and cost-efficiency of such structures.Design, implement, maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products and systems of the office and all advertising structures of the Company.Prepare accurate Costing and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of all electrical components for newly acquired sites.Responsible for Computer Aided Design (CAD) electrical plans of the electrical infrastructure of all LED, billboard and advertising structures of the Company.Inspect completed electrical installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design, specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.Coordinate all structures electrical concerns with Meralco.Perform site inspection of all advertising structure of the Company for proactive and preventive electrical maintenance and to accomplish electrical as-built plans.Sign as a licensed electrical engineer/master electrician on any required electrical plans.Liaising with third party electrical engineers/consultants contracted by the Company for the purpose of reviewing electrical retrofitting plans.Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment and progress reports of on-going projects.Prepare and submit requested reports on the status of electrical construction, retrofitting and maintenance works/projects to the AM for Engineering and Operations Manager in an accurate and timely manner. Work with other departments for special projects/assignments.Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Operations Manager and/or the General Manager consistent with the operation of the Company.

You will be working with a direct Product Manager, who will work closely on identifying features and managing project timelines.This project requires taking an existing, fully-implemented ASP.NET website and applying a new HTML design to a subset (not all) of the pages. The re-design should be implemented in such a way that it can be readily A/B-tested — e.g. it should be easy for us to configure the site such that one week it is on the old design (design A) and the next week it's on the new design (design B).You are not required to create the HTML for the new design from scratch (this will be provided for you).
