Leading Edge is a boutique talent acquisition firm that caters to some of the biggest most progressive and dynamic local and multinational organizations across industries We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator Chemicals for one of our valuable clients URGENT HIRING Interested applicants may submit their resumes to kfuentes leadingexecsearch com or contact Karla at 0917 890 6211 for immediate interview schedule OVER THE PHONE More details will be discussed during the conversation The Supply Chain Coordinator is an important role in the company Its main task is to support the business by executing below responsibilities seamlessly Efficiently and effectively monitors and manages the inventory as well ensuring that the safety stock is maintained Accountable in effectively communicating the inventory levels to the internal stakeholders such as Sales Team FM and CMA Accountable for the product importation ordering and monitoring of incoming shipments Accountable for local purchases as well as the processing of expense payables related to supply and utilities Appointed Pollution Control Officer PCO and Safety Officer for the company Actively coordinates with Third Party Logistics and Brokers on the incoming and outgoing goods Effectively monitors and efficiently applies permits for incoming chemicals to the Philippine Drug and Enforcement Agency PDEA and Bureau of Internal Revenue Laguna Lake Development Authority LLDA Department of Environment and Natural Resources DENR Accountable in reporting of Chemical Activities inbound outbound to PDEA and BIR Accountable in efficiently applying local government permits such as but not limited to BOC City Treasurer Barangay Sanitary etc Responsible for expense payable processing such as routing of employee reimbursements utilities and office supplies Coordinates efficiently with Sales Coordinator for sales needs and services Ensure that execution of all end to end business processes are efficient consistent compliant and complete These processes include but not limited to order processing management and fulfillment of drop shipments and other supply activities Ensure efficient consistent complete and compliant end end business processesEnsure cleanliness and accuracy of Vendor Master Data Record Management Help to maintain and developing a proper filing structure and ensuring that the records are well kept and secure This includes customer records permits and certificates Support in quarterly and annual tax filing and support and coordinate Withholding Tax ProcessMaintain a high level of professionalism to customers and colleagues Maintain a moral obligation with a high level of integrity to avoid dishonest and questionable practices Fulfill any other duties that may be delegated from time to time Qualifications Graduate of a four year courseAt least 3 5 years experience in a similar role preferably had worked in a chemical related manufacturer or distribution companyHas experience in Supply Planning Inventory Management Materials Management and PurchasingHas experience in processing permits with Government AgenciesKnowledgeable in SAP at least 1 year experience Amenable to work in Taguig

Ensure effective timely and cost efficient delivery of goods to clientsManaging daily routes and delivery schedules of shipmentsDevelop close coordination and team work with the Assistant Supply Chain Manager from time to timePreparation of monthly delivery reportsEvaluate work performance and behavior of Logistics Personnel including Officers Clerks Drivers and HelpersReview and suggest work procedures that would help in the improvement of the existing operational flowAssessment and investigation of reported delivery concerns such as incomplete delivery of items and delivery of wrong items to clients Establish and manage relations with warehouse sales and other coordinating departmentsJob Requirements Graduate of Industrial Engineering Logistics Management or any related coursesAt least 1 year related work experience in Logistics ManagementCan develop close coordination to delivery personnelPossesses strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsPossesses leadership skillsAble to deal with all levels of the organizationTeam player

Overview Oversee warehouse inventory control material handling customer service transportation and planning workers Prepares worker schedules and ensure warehousing and distribution workers follow safety rules Plans and coordinates the ordering and distribution of products parts and accessories for the assigned program Ensures adequate and timely distribution consistent with good inventory control Development of specifications for equipment products or substitute materials as specified by the product manager Represent company s in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers Ensures all purchased costs are up to date vendor quality delivery commitments are met Review supplier contracts with the purchasing team and relay necessary information to the quality and production groups as needed Manage all cross border and global logistics activities in close coordination with suppliers freight forwards transportation carriers and warehousing/third party logistics service providers Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor' s/College Degree any field At least 4 year s of working experience in the related field is required for this position Has a background in Food Industry is an advantage Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Logistics/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent Excellent organizational analytical communication and interpersonal skills required Problem solving abilities highly detail orientation and ability to prioritize required Sound judgment and ability to perform a variety of tasks with varying levels of responsibilities required Full Time position s available
