Main Objective of the Job To generate revenue for the company via service fees earned through closing project selling transactions To achieve target quotas required of a Sales Associate Project Specialist for Project Selling Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to 1 Project/ Business DevelopmentIdentify possible Project Selling Opportunities by prospecting clientsCross selling of other LPC servicesSupport Managers/Directors in managing transactionrequirementsArrange and hold meetings and property inspections to facilitate a successful transaction site viewing2 Customer/ Client Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with existing and new networksProvide consultancy services for existing and prospect clientsLiaise with buyer/seller regarding open opportunitiesAfter sales servicesDocumentation of Sales3 ProcurementProcure leadsInitiate due diligence requirements for project selling opportunitiesNegotiate best terms for any project selling opportunities New leads generated provide report on the day to day individual prospecting activityArrange and facilitate meetings and property inspections to facilitate a successful transaction4 FinancialGenerate the targeted revenue through sales of project selling assetsAssist in collecting service fees5 People ManagementMentor and coach6 Other functions as may be directed
