Job Functions Overall responsible for meeting the sales targets assigned to the Agency Channel for Metro Manila and Luzon Develop and implement initiatives to achieve target Sales growth objectives Organize drive and manage the members of the Agency Sales Team to recruit train license and provide development and sales support to agents unit managers and general agencies Oversee and/or conduct train the trainer TTT and coaching programs to up skill and optimize skill transfer of the training and agency sales management teams Lead the development deployment and adoption of digital sales and sales management enablers to strengthen implementation and control of systematic recruiting sales/management SOP s to achieve target operational KPI levels Job Requirements Bachelor s / Post Graduate Degree and preferably relevant advanced professional Industry qualification Min 10 years operational distribution management and/or consulting experience with a strong Philippine market focus Deep understanding of agency distribution Ability to develop and grow agency distribution capability in a range of organizations market and cultural environments Proven track record in performance optimization and distribution transformation Strong track record in generating results and building high performance capability in an agency organization Demonstrated leadership capability to engage both corporate and field organizations at all levels Relevant local market knowledge
