Qualification
1. This promo is open to all members of legal age (eighteen (18) years old and above) currently residing in the Philippines and/or have a valid Philippine address, who will sign up at Xcruit.com, verify their account, and complete their profile during the promo period.
Promo Period and Prizes
1. The Refer for Food promo runs from February 1, 2021 – March 1, 2021. Announcement of winners will be done on March 8, 2021.
2. The top ten (10) referrers ("Referrers”) will be determined and will then be declared as winners. Please see terms and conditions for the criteria for selecting the winners.
3. Xcruit will notify and announce the winners through email and SMS. We will send them a message to their registered email and mobile number together with the GrabFood Voucher Gift Codes.
4. Xcruit awards the top 10 Referrers with GrabFood Vouchers, as indicated below:
- Top Referrer - PHP 7,000 worth of GrabFood vouchers
- 2nd Placer – PHP 4,000 worth of GrabFood vouchers
- 3rd Placer – PHP 1,000 worth of GrabFood vouchers
- 4th to 6th Place - PHP 500 worth of GrabFood vouchers each
- 7th to 10th Place - PHP 300 worth of GrabFood vouchers each
Mechanics
1. Sign up as a Candidate on www.workbank.com, or create an account through your Facebook, LinkedIn or Google account.
2. Verify BOTH registered Email Address and Mobile Number. Failure to verify both Email Address and Mobile Number will result in disqualification.
3. After verifying your account, fill out your details until you reach one hundred percent (100%) profile progress. You will be able to check your progress through the Candidate dashboard.
4. Begin referring at least one (1) of your friends and family members to Xcruit by clicking the option "Referral Link" under your name.
5. Type the name and email address/ mobile number of people you want to refer to Xcruit, or generate a unique URL on our site and share it on social media or private messaging apps.
6. For the referred individuals to be counted as qualified referrals, they must click on the link you shared and then sign up, verify both email address and mobile number on their account, and reach at least seventy percent (70%) profile progress. Referred individuals can be from anywhere within the Philippines.
7. Five (5) working days after the promo inclusive dates, Xcruit will announce the top ten (10) Referrers and will contact them via email and/ or mobile number indicated in their Xcruit profile.
8. GrabFood Voucher Gift Codes will be sent to the Referrers’ Xcruit registered email and can be used in any participating restaurants/fast food stores mentioned here.
Qualifications of Referred Individuals
1. A referred individual is anyone referred by an existing Xcruit Candidate to the platform.
2. In order to be qualified as a referred individual by a Referrer, he/ she must be able to do the following:
a. Click the link provided by the Referrer,
b. Create an account with Xcruit either by filling out the required details or importing information from his/ her Facebook, LinkedIn or Google account through the links on the site after clicking the referral link,
c. Verify both email address and mobile number on their account,
d. Reach at least 70% profile progress (profile progress is seen in the Candidate Dashboard).
3. The referred individual needs to click on the unique link sent by the Referrer and then complete the registration process. Signing up directly on Xcruit instead of doing so via the unique link from the Referrer will not be counted towards the Referrer.
4. The referred individual can be located anywhere in the Philippines.
5. The referred individual should be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration on Xcruit.
